We’re in an era where men’s fashion has a huge focus right now. There are cliches being shattered all over the place because men actually like to go shopping for clothes and unique style items more than they ever did. Every man should have a certain set of items in their wardrobe and based on those categories, you’ll be able to pick out something from the pile that they’re certain to fall in love with. We’ll go into each category of clothing, and break them down one by one.

I love surprises, whether or not anyone else does. That's why I can't stand asking the question, "What do you want?" when I have to buy a gift for someone. In a desperate attempt to avoid said surprise-spoiler, I often default to checking out the gifts most added to Amazon wish lists — especially if I'm shopping for my partner, dad, brother, or guy friends. The men in my life are notoriously hard to buy for, so I like to get a little insight from other men who've got their eye (or mouse cursor) on the coolest, most innovative presents on Amazon.
There’s nothing wrong with paying less attention to the stitch colors of a jacket or messenger bag, or not minding how the boots look, as long as they function. There’s a lot of guys out there who would much rather receive practical gifts, rather than something that essentially doesn’t serve a purpose (more on this shortly). They don’t find expensive clothing as attractive as a fuller wallet, which is totally okay. This guy understands and appreciates a new, hefty jacket to protect him from the elements when his job or trade requires him to work outside. He can find the joy and thoughtfulness in these items that blend function and fashion but generally enjoys the more practical or usable gifts.
Before you follow my recommendation for this gift, please think about the person you’re shopping for first. If they are particular about what they wear, you may want to hold off on buying them jewelry without knowing what they want (Cue: The List—In other words, have them write you a list of what they want and FOLLOW IT). However, if the person you’re shopping for is simple and timeless, this Kate Spade pendant necklace could be perfect. It can be dressed up or down and is personalized with the initial of their first name displayed in the pendant. This necklace has 797 4.5-star reviews, so people clearly love it.

Is he a major man of style? He’s always kicking in Vans shoes or slipping into Hollister when you guys hit the mall together, and appreciates high-end clothing; you’ve just found your perfect gift for him. For men like this, there’s never enough room in their wardrobe, and they’re constantly making amendments. Grab him one of these gift cards, and you’ll be able to let his credit card take a break before he burns a hole clean through the mag strip.

A gent with vast interested in the automotive world, woodworking, collecting, and everything in between, all share one main trait: they’re progressing. Nobody starts a hobby for no reason; they have goals in mind, thresholds, milestones they want to achieve. Using this mindset is the first step in identifying the perfect gift for the guy on your list.

The holiday season means a little more celebrating (ahem, wine), but that doesn’t have to be bad! Put that collection of wine corks to use with this creative Christmas gift. A wine cork base makes a bulletin board both functional and artsy—and we love the idea of hanging Christmas cards on it for the holidays. Choose a frame deep enough to hold whole corks, or cut the corks in half lengthwise with an extra-fine razor saw (available at crafts stores). Secure the corks to the frame backing using wood glue.
Weddings are a key event in any couple's life, as they bring together friends and relatives to celebrate the happiness and joy of the couple. Wedding anniversaries are also perfect opportunities to celebrate the love of two people, commemorating the joy that they take in each other's company, despite the trials and tribulations of the marital journey.
These stocking stuffers are like nothing you’ve ever stuffed a stocking with before. They represent some of the most unique ideas that the kids will never see coming. How about silly putty that doesn’t sit there all passive, but actually thinks and moves, or stones that remind them why you love them. There are so many ideas here you’re sure to find one that’s just what you’ve been looking for.

Another twist on the tried and true blue and green anniversary “stones” is a set of agate coasters in deep jewel tones of sapphire and emerald. Much like a marriage partnership, the true beauty of these stones is found inside and created only over the course of many years — an analogy you can use as a jumping-off point for a thoughtful card to accompany them. The set includes four coasters, each between 3.5” and 4.5”, and each totally unique as the variations are naturally grown in the stone. They are selected for their fine ocean shades and polished to a party-ready sheen. He can put them to use in his man cave or perhaps now he will actually use a coaster.

In the 1920s, Emily Post, an American writer, attempted to solve the issue of what gift to give on the occasion of an anniversary by drawing up lists of anniversary themes in a book titled “Etiquette”, published in 1922. However, only some anniversary years were included in the book, the first, fifth, then every fifth year up to the 25th wedding anniversary. In 1937, the American National Retail Jeweler Association added additional years to the list, including all years up to 14 years of marriage, and every 5th year up to 50 years of marriage. These are known as traditional themes linked with each marital year. More recently, a contemporary list was created, and today, all the anniversary years from 1 up to 30 have been linked with a theme or material, and then every fifth year up to 75 years of marriage.
Holiday ornaments are not just decorations for the Christmas tree, they induce nostalgia about times gone by and can be quite magical. Even if you don’t have some of those creations crafted from Popsicle sticks back in kindergarten, unwrapping those special figurines and bulbs from long ago brings back wonderful memories and adds to the...Read More
Frame a special photo in a colorful wooden frame for a sentimental Christmas gift. Prime the frame, then paint with a coat of chalkboard paint; let dry. Package this unique Christmas gift with different colors of chalk so the recipient can update the frame's caption and design as they change the photo. We love this Christmas gift for kids or creative coworkers.
Not only are anniversary years symbolised by traditional and contemporary gifts, but they often also have a flower, colour and gemstone associated with them as well. The gemstones associated with marital years 1 to 25, and then every 5th year up to the 60th anniversary, are published in the Information Manual on Gemstones by the American Gem Trade Association. In some instances, other countries have suggested a different gemstone for certain anniversary years, so those alternate gemstones are outlined in our table.
For each year, we give you not only the themes, but also gift suggestions you can really use. We even have some cute anniversary date ideas if you need some inspiration. Since budgets and gift-giving traditions vary, we’ve suggested both inexpensive gestures and over-the-top ideas. Some of these ideas could work for more than one anniversary year, so if you need extra inspiration, read through the whole list. We hope you enjoy it, and we wish you lots of days worth celebrating, all through the year.
If you’re going for big gifts or small (gifts for 1 year old boys), you’re going to want to hit late February for President’s Day sales. While these tend to apply to major appliances and mattresses, furniture and things of the sort, that could be the perfect thing. If he’s a gamer, and you’re going for a stellar top-budget gift, you could always check out gaming desks or gaming chairs. The trick to utilizing these sales is to see what their doorbuster items are. These are generally things they use to get people in the door (even virtually), and then sell them on great deals on larger items. Some brands even sacrifice making any profit off these items by dropping them so low, just to get you on their site. You’ll also see sales like this come around in late May for Memorial Day sales.

"I purchased this crate for our boss from the crew. We paid extra to ensure it came bound in duck… more tape. The look on his face was priceless. After tearing through that and once got to the crate it was comical. I don't know who enjoyed the gift more; us for the pure enjoyment of watching him break a sweat busting into the crate and finally taking a hammer to it, or him for the goodies packaged inside. It was a great gift, which he really seemed to appreciated. I think he may get another crate next year!” -Lani less

Well Played - If you want to throw some DIY in the mix and make it the most auspicious gift they’ll receive, this one’s pretty fun. All it takes is a large cardboard box, one sheet of wrapping paper, and a stapler. Put the box vertically, and make a 2x3 grid of circular cuts. Lay the wrapping paper along the inside and make it like a carnival game, while putting their gift behind one of the hole punches. It’s also fun to have them go through all of them without having the gift inside. When they turn around baffled, just hand it to them; you’re sure to get a laugh from the room.
This adorable chalkboard look photo holiday card is spot on with this year’s trends! The chalkboard background looks just like you remember from grade school and sidewalk signs, and the artful fonts dancing across the right side of the postcard shaped personalized card are the perfect mix of Christmas and whimsy. Featuring traditional Christmas time colors of red and green writing, along...
