Choose a pretty Christmas pattern, like poinsettias, and impress your coworkers with a crafty gift that's easy to make in bulk. Roll clay to 1/4-inch thickness on parchment paper and refrigerate for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the clay from refrigerator, keeping it on parchment, and place on an even surface. Press the rim of an ovenproof bowl into clay, and cut around bowl with a crafts knife. Press a rubber stamp into clay to create pattern; if it sticks, lightly oil stamp surface. Lightly oil inside of the bowl used as a circle template. Place clay circle in center of bowl, gently molding it to sides, then place in oven and bake as directed on clay package. Once cool, remove clay bowl from mold and lightly sand edges if necessary. We love this Christmas gift for family and friends, too.
Dolls make great girl Christmas gifts, but stretch her imagination and let her play with a dollhouse that she sets up for herself. For Christmas ideas for boys, think about engraved sports equipment that they can use next season or an art set if they are a young artist. Art easels are an especially thoughtful gift for kids that can help them expand their minds and are perfect presents for kids any time of year.
Admittedly, some of the presents might seem a little strange at first, as it's doubtful most men will shriek with delight should they receive a gift of lace or china. In fact, many men and women struggling to locate the perfect anniversary present have been delighted by this handy guide, which takes out much of the gifting guesswork. This is exact what I was looking for. The rose itself is perhaps 90% of the size of a real one, although the stem is shorter. The pot at the bottom is about the same size as the rose at the top. The rose part of this item appears to be solid steel (based on the weight and inflexibility of the material), not a rose dipped in something. The rose is completely unpainted. I'm not a flower person, but it looks like a rose to me (and it made my wife happy). It was exactly what I was looking for. Well mostly. It took a pair of pliers to remove the little plastic tag that they stick in the pot that says "11th anniversary". I got this for Mothers day (after our 16th anniversary last month), so the tag had to ... full review

Make a Christmas list and check it twice! This cute homemade Christmas gift is a fun take on regular chalkboards. To make, paint the bottom of a wood crafts plank in a bright color that matches a friend or family member’s kitchen. Paint the surface of the plank with a clear chalkboard coating. Stamp numbers along the side using a solvent ink. Drill a hole large enough for a leather cord at the top of the plank; thread cord through hole. Be sure to include a couple of chalkboard markers—they also double as great stocking stuffers in the Christmas season.
Guys are generally picky about their clothing, which is why going clothes shopping in an actual store can be sort of a bummer. Many people don’t realize that men encounter self-consciousness, as well as not knowing where they should be shopping for their style (another chance to grab gift cards, by the way). You’re going to help them bridge that gap with the perfect clothing-related gift.
Most experience events, if not all, should also have you included in the initial cost. It’s not much of an experience if they don’t have someone to go with, and if you’re a best friend or sibling, you know them intimately enough to get something they’ll truly, deeply enjoy. That’s an experience that they’ll want to share with you. The biggest mistake that experience day shoppers make, is not including themselves and running into financial problems. Just understand those experience days, on average, don’t include the cost of transit, tolls, food, drink, etc.
