Every holiday season, I always end up encouraging someone to buy the Sephora perfume sampler as a gift. Ten years ago or so, my grandmother bought me this gift set for the holidays and it honestly changed my life. I knew nothing about perfume, but I was able to dabble in a few best-sellers thanks to this kit. When I was done, I picked my favorite (Marc Jacobs Daisy) and redeemed the coupon in the gift set for a full-sized bottle of it. I still use Daisy today. This might be at the bottom of the list, and I might be recommending it for the random person in your life, but this is a life-changing gift and it’s actually great for anyone and everyone.

It also has an interior flex-divider system and a TSA-approved locking closure. And if you are feeling extra generous for your anniversary, consider slipping a couple plane tickets into the case.

Plus, friends and family will love the special touch you add to any Christmas gift with homemade wrapping paper.
Now, all this talk is great and helpful, but if your guy doesn’t consider himself to be ultra stylish, you have to look out for something. SOs, you have to make sure they don’t feel like you are trying to dictate their wardrobe like you want to see them in something else instead of their normal day-to-day wear. You want to avoid seeming insultive, so you’re going to leave all this talk out of why you got that specific jacket and pair of jeans for them.

If you're looking for an option that is a little less money, Nordstrom's fitness brand, Zella, has a pair of high waist leggings that have 4.5 stars from 5,400 reviews. I own them, and they are great too.
Play it safe and get your guy an awesome Christmas gift by choosing something from our list of boyfriend approved gifts. The world's first automatic, all-grain homebrewing appliance, Pico is basically a Keurig for beer. Instead of K-cups, it uses prepackaged boxes of grains and hops from dozens of craft breweries to create whatever style of beer you choose. Whether you prefer a Rogue Dead Guy Ale from Oregon or a Whetstoner Session IPA from Vermont, the Pico allows you to brew up a batch at home. And while it's true that you could buy a hefty supply of beer for what the machine costs, there's nothing quite like tapping a keg of liquid you created yourself.
Fruit and flowers are a traditional gift for the four-year anniversary, so why not give your spouse a plant that will bring you both joy for years to come? In case you haven’t heard of Meyer lemons, they’re a favorite for cooking and making beverages because of their slightly sweet citrusy taste. Because these trees are grown to work indoors or outdoors, you can choose the size that will work best for your home (up to two, three or four feet tall).
Corporate Casual - A straightforward way to wrap a corporate casual gift, say at an office party or outing to a co-worker’s birthday after work, is to grab an inexpensive belt from your nearest store and wrap it around their present. It’s low maintenance, and while it allows them to see what the present is, it’s a corporate-friendly way to go about it and get a quick smile from the guy in question.
Budget ahead of time, order ahead of time and expect delivery delays. We would also like to add that if you’re in a highly-populated area, you’re going to be a prime target for box theft during the holiday season. It’s an unfortunate truth, but this is where planning ahead of time just saved your skin. If the delivery date doesn’t matter, you can ensure that you’ll be home for it without stressing for time. You hear a knock at the door, hop to, and boom: the package is safely inside.
It is important to note that there is some variation in traditional gift materials for specific years of marriage, due to the country in which the list was compiled. The table in this section specifies for those particular anniversaries whether the traditional gift material was derived from a US source or UK source, which are the main two sources used across the globe.
The holiday season means a little more celebrating (ahem, wine), but that doesn’t have to be bad! Put that collection of wine corks to use with this creative Christmas gift. A wine cork base makes a bulletin board both functional and artsy—and we love the idea of hanging Christmas cards on it for the holidays. Choose a frame deep enough to hold whole corks, or cut the corks in half lengthwise with an extra-fine razor saw (available at crafts stores). Secure the corks to the frame backing using wood glue.
Brighten a plain notebook or journal with colorful embroidery floss for a thoughtful Christmas gift. Sketch a design on a piece of paper; secure the sketch to the notebook cover using masking tape, making sure to wrap the tape around to the inside of the cover to keep the design from moving. Place the front cover on a cutting mat and pierce using a large needle or paper piercer, making sure the holes are evenly spaced. If you're using a circular design, bring the holes a little closer together when approaching a curve to get smooth lines. Remove the pattern from the cover and stitch using four strands of embroidery floss; knot on the inside of the cover to finish the special Christmas gift.

So you’ve gone to all the trouble to find what you thought was the perfect gift, only to read the expression on their face, and thank the stars above that you kept that gift receipt or proof of purchase. This is where you’ll have to pay serious attention to shopping online. Buying from stores that have brick and mortar establishments nearby will allow you to go with them, and physically exchange the gift for one of two things: store credit, or an item of equal or lesser value.
