We’ve spilled the beans about the different gift categories, everything about style, function, and the whole shebang. Now, it’s time to figure out what you should be focusing on dependent on what event or milestone in their lives that you’re going for. We’ve broken down a few major events in a man’s life where a gift can really make a meaningful impact.
In the old days, shopping for gifts during the holidays was quite the experience. People like you and me were forced to brave the harsh winter weather, combat crowds of frantic shoppers, and scramble from store to store to find great Christmas gifts during the busy holiday season. Most of us were limited to whatever the local shops and big-box stores had to offer, so finding unique presents and specialty items was quite a chore.
When you’re looking for good anniversary gifts for her, or trying to pin down an assortment of anniversary presents for him, Gifts.com has what you need to make this a celebration they will never forget. You can find gifts for any wedding anniversary and every personality. Choose from 10th anniversary gift ideas for him or personalized gifts that he’s sure to love.
We love Amazon, which is why their July 10th/11th celebration of Prime Day gives us something to cheer for. It’s arguably bigger than Cyber Monday sales, where Amazon utilizes their would-be slowest day of the year, and turn it into something truly remarkable. This one is our favorite because it basically applies to anything that’s on your list, that’s applicable with Amazon Prime shipping, so long as you have your Prime membership.
This Christmas gift makes an adorable office decoration or home accessory. Colorful baker's twine and papier-mache come together to create a too-cute monogrammed Christmas gift perfect for mom, best friends or sisters. Embellish a flat wooden frame with varying widths of wrapped twine on opposite corners. Then display a twine-wrapped papier-mache letter inside the frame opening. For a full Christmas theme, gravitate toward red and green twine.

Last year, I recommended the Skinnytaste Fast and Slow cookbook (which I own and love), so this year I have to recommend the latest cookbook in the author’s series—Skinnytaste One and Done. As a longtime follower of the blog Skinnytaste, I can confirm all of Gina’s recipes are both healthy and amazing. If you want to get another gift to go with it, check out our favorite small appliances so they can use the cookbook with it.
Whether that's true for you and your love or not, we took it upon ourselves to curate a list of paper and paper-inspired ideas your love is sure to cherish. With a wedding photo album keepsake you'll have forever, a magical Harry Potter book set for your favorite J.K. Rowling fan, and an on-the-go Instagram photo printer that'll help you keep track of all of your couple selfies, this gift guide is bursting with inspired ideas that you definitely didn't see coming.
A more modern four-year-anniversary gift tradition is to choose an appliance, and that makes sense: Maybe when you registered for gifts, you were afraid of asking for too much, or didn’t know what you would use, or had a vision for what kind of married people you’d be that may not have actually panned out. That’s fine, not all of us are meant to live on homemade veggie juice!
People are obsessed with essential oil diffusers. And why wouldn’t they be? They transform your home with good smells and good vibes. Shopping for someone who is always stressed (hello hi, that's me)? Bring peace and happiness into their life this holiday season with our favorite oil diffuser. We tested the most popular models a few months ago and found this one by InnoGear to be the best.
If you want to teach kids more about this important holiday, we sell a Passover Haggadah for children, as well as many other Passover books. When looking for a Passover Haggadah for children, opt for My Very Own Haggadah or The Artscroll Children's Haggadah to help get the Passover message across. Any of our Passover books are a great way to tell the story of Passover for children.
To overcome the common problem people faced as to what to give one’s spouse each year, an American author by the name of Emily Post, who wrote on the topic of etiquette, was the first to recommend a list of anniversary gift themes which was published in 1922 in her book titled 'Etiquette’. In that book, she listed suggestions for the first anniversary, followed by the fifth anniversary, and then every five years or so up until the 25th, and concluded with the 50th wedding anniversary. The American National Retail Jeweler Association expanded on this list in 1937 by filling in the missing years up to the 14th wedding anniversary, and the subsequent multiples of five up to the 50th year.

Not sure what to get the wellness seekers in your life? You can't go wrong with Moon Juice’s cult-favorite Moon Dusts with this sampler pack, which includes two tea bag–like packets of the California–based brand's six best-selling edible “dusts.” Can’t sleep on planes? Stir in the dream dust to your favorite tea or a glass of warm milk before boarding. Suffering from jet-lag? Stir the brain and power dust into a smoothie; both are loaded with ingredients that support mental clarity, alertness, and energy.

Do you have something sitting at home that you never use? It might be tempting to wrap it up and give it away to someone else, but that is always a risky move. You don’t want to accidentally give a gift back to the person that originally gave it to you. Or, if the woman you give the gift to eventually finds out, she will surely be disappointed and not feel special.

The holidays can be a busy time, but you shouldn’t be stressed when you’re out doing your Christmas shopping or looking for gifts online. Here at Harry & David, Christmas is one of our favorite times of year. We love all the gorgeous details of the season, from the Christmas gift baskets and gourmet Christmas gifts to the rustle of gift-wrap, the twinkling of lights, the slow drift of snowflakes, and the gleam of ornaments on the tree.
Men like to be spoiled too, okay? If you’re a SO that doesn’t live by Valentine’s Day, you’re not alone. In fact, most of us aren’t too big on the day, but it does bring up one undeniable benefit. Even if we would all like to think we cherish the guy in our lives, and show them every day how much they mean to us, it’s just not possible. You’ll be worn-out by a week in. Life picks up the pace when you’re with someone, and that honeymoon phase will eventually whittle down. That’s okay, because gift cards to his favorite restaurant, a night out on the town, or a pampering experience day are all ways to show him how much you care, and rekindle the flame on this chilly February day.

One of the sleekest and smartest trackers on the market, Fitbit's Versa makes a great gift for the health-conscious traveler. Some of our favorite features: auto-exercise recognition and built-in guided workouts, 24/7 heart rate tracking, room to store hundreds of songs for phone-free listening, and an impressive four- to five-day battery life. Toss in a few interchangeable leather straps and gift them as a bundle.

If he tells you not to get him anything, don’t. Men tend to naturally speak with their actions more than their words, and if they push the envelope that they don’t want anything, it could be for a few reasons. They might feel awkward or weird accepting gifts, or if you’re living off a joint income, it could just be for monetary reasons. There are old cliches of women telling their men not to get them anything for a birthday or event, and then getting upset when they don’t get them anything. This idea comes to people’s heads, but in all our experience, it’s actually a pretty clear instruction.
I have been wanting to buy Madewell's classic leather tote bag for a while now, so I did not hesitate to purchase it when they came out with a zip top version of the bag this year. The classic tote is big enough to hold all my stuff for work, stylish enough for me to use on weekends when I don't have a lot in it, and the zip top makes it perfect for traveling on weekend trips with (or using as a carry-on while flying). The bag comes in a few different colors. I have it in English Saddle, which is of course my personal fave.
Pajamas: Not enough people realize the role pajamas can play in getting a good night's sleep. If your PJs are too insulating, it takes longer to fall asleep, and you end up tossing and turning all night. The solution is silk pajamas. Silk is a natural protein fiber that can keep you just warm enough in the winter and just cool enough in the summer.

Thinking up the perfect gift for everyone can get stressful fast, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
